Does rain/weather cancel a tour?

No, it does not cancel the tour. Wine tours go on almost 365 days per year in the rain or sunshine. Wineries typically have both inside and outside tasting areas to accommodate any type of weather. I have umbrellas in my SUV in case of rain.
