Cimarossa, meaning ‘Red Hilltop’ in Italian, is one of Howell Mountain’s most scenic estates, with terraced vineyards and olive groves climbing the hillsides. A visit to the property begins with an ATV tour through their vineyards before concluding at a private tasting with delicious cheese, charcuterie, baguette and their own estate olive oil (which they sell for $50 per 750ml bottle, 2 maximum per couple. Cimarossa produces 5 different Cabernet Sauvignons plus a little bit of Nebbiolo & Malvasia Blanca.
